Features

The app has a comprehensive list of features, all designed to improve your workflow, keep the crew updated, and reduce your time entering data. The five icons at the bottom of the screen are strategically placed to get to important information you may need to refer to, often.

🎤 The Dates page has been specifically designed to both collect dates which belong to a tour, while also showing a timeline of shows throughout the year. There are also other filter options, to minimise scrolling and let you get to the information you need, as quickly as possible.

📆 The Calendar is the next page, which not only allows you to view dates throughout the year, but also gives you the option to link to your iPhone or Android’s calendar.

♪ The Songs page is a reference of your band’s entire catalogue, and gives you the critical information about each song, including: tempo, key, tuning and general notes.

👥 The Crew tab is a list of your band and crew and gives you a quick reference of job title, phone and email address. Admin and TM have the ability to export this list as a .pdf or .csv, which comes in handy when for example, a venue asks for a list of the band’s personnel. AAA passes for tours also live here, and can be created and assigned to the app’s users by Admin and TM.

🔔 The notifications tab allows Admin and TM to send push notifications to artists and crew who are part of the organisation. This keeps communication of important updates streamlined and contained within the one platform – no need to go outside of World Tour Pro to get your message across.

⠇The menu at the top right is where you’ll find the app settings such as: light and dark theme, 12hr or 24hr time, currency settings, and organisation and user management for Admin and TM. It’s also where the user manual is contained, and where you’ll see the full features and functionality of the app.

Venue Info

  • Tap Venue Info from any show date to open the full venue details screen
  • Capacity — standing capacity, seated capacity, and free-text notes (e.g. “1,000 on floor, 500 balcony”)
  • Load In — load-in time, load-in point, load-in contact, and parking notes
  • Production — audio/PA notes, FOH mix position, monitor position, lighting notes, stage dimensions, and crowd barrier (yes/no)
  • Backstage — dressing room location, green room location, catering notes, and WiFi details
  • Venue info is shared across organisations — if another World Tour Pro user has already filled in details for the same venue, the app offers to import that data automatically

Schedule
